Award winning Chef Avner Samuel is planning to open NOSH euro bistro and bar mid-September.
Chef Jon Stevens has joined the NOSH team as Chef/Partner. Jon is married with a 2 year old son, has lived in Dallas for 8 years, and worked previously at Neighborhood Services, Aurora and Abacus. He is a native of San Francisco and worked at Jardiniere and The Dining Room at the Ritz Carlton.
"I'm giving Jon complete authority in the kitchen, from the development of our concept to menu creation," says Samuel, "We are very excited to have him on board".

Chef Natera was the Executive Chef at Great Wolf Lodge. Under his leadership, he successfully opened the resort and positioned it as the number one performing property within the brand.
Previously, Chef Natera was at Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, Calif., which was one of only 26 hotels to receive the Gold Platter award in 2006 from Meetings and Conventions, during his tenure as Executive Chef. He also received the Dallas Morning News Rising Star Chef award in 2003. |

Kings of Pastry, the latest documentary film directed by D.A. Pennebaker and Chris Hegedus (The War Room, Don't Look Back) is coming soon. Released in 2009, Kings of Pastry, starring Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer of The French Pastry School, has screened in several cities across Europe including Munich, Berlin, Bologna, Dumfries, as well as in England, the Netherlands, and Australia. In the United States it has been shown in Durham, North Carolina; Provincetown, Massachusetts and Los Angeles, California. |
