Cogill Wine and Film: A Perfect Pairing podcasts by Hayley and Gary Cogill

DALLAS (July 13, 2016) – reVolver Podcasts welcomes Gary and Hayley Cogill’s Wine & Film: A Perfect Pairing to their all-star lineup of podcasts.

If the Cogill’s name sounds familiar, it’s because both Gary and Hayley have led extraordinary lives and careers. Gary Cogill is an Emmy award-winning journalist, speaker, producer, actor, host and consultant.

For 24 years, he served as the film critic for WFAA-TV in Dallas (ABC), reviewing more than 10,000 films and conducting more than 20,000 interviews with the most influential leaders in the industry. Gary has sat down with the biggest names in the business including Robert DeNiro, Meryl Streep, Stephen Spielberg and Clint Eastwood.

A Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine, Hayley Hamilton Cogill, CS/CSW is Co-founder of Cogill Consulting, and Founder and President of Dallas Uncorked, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit wine education organization founded in 2004. As a wine, spirits and travel writer, as well as consultant and educator, Hayley left the corporate world in 2010 as Vice President for The Nielsen Company to focus solely on wine, food and travel, including writing for the city magazine of Dallas, D Magazine.

In episode one of Wine & Film: A Perfect Pairing podcast, listeners will “Get to know the Cogills,” introducing themselves as a film-critic and a wine expert. Together they will explore the wines and films that shaped their early careers. From “The Blob” and “Lawrence of Arabia” to a spectacular Oregon Pinot Noir. Listeners can expect a smooth, delightful conversation resulting in, “a perfect pairing.”
