Cheers to 25 years! Beloved Dallas steakhouse, Al Biernat’s is celebrating its silver anniversary! Al Biernat’s has established itself as one of the best of Dallas, winning several local, state, and international honors since opening, and has become the who’s who place for Dallasites, athletes, and celebrities.

Al Biernat’s has been a local institution since it opened on June 29, 1998, creating a benchmark for the sophisticated Dallas dining experience. As Al rings in 25 years of success at his eponymous Oak Lawn restaurant, he invites Dallasites to join in on the celebration.

Al Biernat’s has become a staple in the Dallas community because of the support of family, friends, customers, and loyal staff members. Over the years, Al’s has celebrated customers’ milestones – birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, marriages, and all the small things in between. The team at Al’s is excited and grateful that their loyal customers are here with them to celebrate the milestone of 25 years of serving the Dallas community.

Al Biernat’s invites Dallasites to visit the Oak Lawn and North locations this summer to sign the Al Biernat’s yearbook and share their favorite Al Biernat’s memory. In the yearbook, you will find familiar faces through the years, with photo memories of the early years, renovations, new locations, holidays, behind-the-scenes team member moments, and more. There will also be photos from over the years of famous patrons, including Mario Lopez, Will Ferrell,  Dr. Phil McGraw, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Eva Longoria, Conan O’ Brian, Dak Prescott, Tony Romo, and countless other actors, athletes, chefs, and musicians.

Also, in celebration, there will be 25th-anniversary merchandise available, including hats, aprons, wine tumblers, and your own copy of the 25th anniversary yearbook. Merchandise will be available for sale in the restaurants and at albiernats.com throughout 2023.

“In 1998, we opened the doors to Al Biernat’s to the Dallas community, hoping to be a great steakhouse,” Owner Al Biernat said. “Here we are 25 years later, celebrating a milestone anniversary and celebrating that this restaurant is more than just a great steakhouse! This place is more than just somewhere to come and share a meal with family and friends, Al Biernat’s is a place to connect with old friends, to bond with new friends, to celebrate life’s accomplishments, and be the support we all need.”

The Al Biernat’s team would like to thank the Dallas community from the bottom of their hearts for the 25 amazing years of love, support, and celebration. Without the community, they would be nothing more than just a steakhouse.
