National Award-Winning Gourmet Burger Concept BurgerFi Opens First Dallas Location

BurgerFi is located at 5456 E. Mockingbird Lane

BurgerFi, among the nation’s fastest growing, award-winning gourmet burger concepts, has opened its first Dallas location at 5456 E. Mockingbird Lane (Mockingbird & McMillan).

The Dallas location is 2,824 square-feet and will seat approximately 70 customers inside and 20 customers on the patio which is dog-friendly.

BurgerFi is committed to chef-driven menu items made from scratch with recipes created from natural, fresh ingredients. The restaurant serves 100% natural, certified black Angus beef from the top ranches in the country.  Only 1% of the beef produced in the United States meets BurgerFi’s standard. The beef is never exposed to steroids, antibiotics, growth hormones, chemicals or additives.

Known for its modern, eco-friendly design, the restaurant is built with environmentally friendly design such as chairs made of upcycled Coca-Cola bottles, recycled paper countertops, Number 2 pine lumber walls (the most renewable timber source) and a 10-foot, energy-efficient fan.

Brandt Stravlo owns the restaurant; Maxwell Roesh is Operating Partner.

According to Stravlo, “everything is made from scratch.  There is no freezer in the building. The décor and products, from chairs to the countertops, are made of recycled materials. We are excited to introduce BurgerFi to Dallas, creating jobs and being part of the community.”

BurgerFi is the first burger concept to carry the Beyond Burger, which is 100% plant-based protein. The restaurant also serves the made-in-house VegeFi Burger, a pure-cut veggie burger with crispy Quinoa.

The most popular burger is The CEO which is a double Wagyu and brisket blend burger with homemade candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli and aged Swiss cheese.  The Conflicted Burger is a natural Angus burger and veggie burger served with American and white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and BurgerFi sauce.

100% all-natural Vienna beef dogs are available served either Texas-style or New York-style. BurgerFi is also known for its hand-cut fresh fries, double-battered onion rings, homemade sauces, farm fresh toppings, frozen custard concretes and shakes as well as natural sugar-cane sodas and local craft beer.

Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The phone number is 682-800-1616.
