We all remember turning 21 – the special feeling of achieving this milestone is something everyone can relate to. Now, Dallas’ favorite hotspot, Al Biernat’s, is celebrating 21 years in business, and they are marking the occasion in true Al’s style – in spades. For the month of July, the swanky steakhouse is doing a promotion with New York’s ’21’ Club for the ultimate collaboration.

“We wanted to do something special to celebrate these past 21 years,” shared Director of Operations of Al Biernat’s, Brad Fuller. “A lot of our regular patrons also frequent the ‘21’ Club.”

Realizing this would make for the ultimate celebration, Fuller and ‘21’ Club General Manager, Theodore V. Suric, concocted the idea of showcasing each other’s menus for the month. Al Biernat’s Chef Miguel Cauich flew out to the East Coast eatery to train with ‘21’ Club Chef Sylvain Delpique and his team.

The legendary Manhattan speakeasy will feature a four-course set menu from Al Biernat’s team – delight in Teriyaki Marinated Texas Quail, Al’s Salad, Chilean Sea Bass, and to top things off, Al’s Famous Coconut Cream Pie. These menu selections will be offered for a set $102.

In conjunction, a ‘21’ Club specialty menu will be offered at Al Biernat’s Oak Lawn featuring some of the restaruant’s most famous items for their 90th birthday. Feast your eyes on the “Speakeasy” Steak Tartare, Crab Cakes, ‘21’ Burger, and Pistachio New York Cheesecake for $95. At both eateries, all of the menu items will also be available a la carte. Are you hungry yet?

The two classic dining institutions will be toasting each other from afar with these customized menus featuring such signature dishes…and they want YOU to join the party. Just a tip from us to you…reservations will book fast, so be sure to secure your spot.

The offering is exclusive to the Al Biernat’s Oak Lawn location for both lunch and dinner. For further information call Al Biernat’s Oak Lawn at 214.219.2201 or visit albiernats.com.
