Eataly Dallas Celebrates Valentine’s Day

The authentic Italian culinary destination celebrates the season of love

This year, Eataly Dallas will help Dallasites celebrate the season of love with specials at all three restaurants – Terra, La Pizza & La Pasta and Il Pastaio – as well as within the marketplace. The NorthPark Center marketplace offers an array of decadent treats that every Valentine will adore.

For those dining in at Eataly:

At Terra, guests can enjoy a festive Valentine’s Day pre-set four course menu for $75 per person, which they can choose to pair with the signature Valentine’s Day cocktail – Cocchi Rosa Vermouth – with strawberry, Meyer lemon, Serafini & Vidotto prosecco. Guests may choose one dish for each of the four courses: 

• Antipasto
  • Ostriche – 6 Island Creek Oysters, Charred Shallot Mignonette (optional caviar supplement) 
  • Insalate Verde – Leafy Greens, Soft Herbs, White Balsamic Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Primo
  • Risotto Affumicato – Smoked Carnaroli Rice, Smoked Kabocha Squash, 36 Month Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP  
  • Agnolotti del Plin con Burro al Tartufo – House Made Pork and Veal Filled Pasta, Black Truffle Butter, Beef Sugo, Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP
• Secondo
  • Tagliata di Manzo – Local A-Bar-N-Ranch Wagyu Steak, Potatoes, Rosemary, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt
  • Orata – Oven Cooked Orata, Grilled Oranges, Potato Crust
• Dolce
  • Millefoglie – Heart Shaped Flaky Napoleon, Pastry Cream, Fresh Fruit

At La Pizza & La Pasta, enjoy love at first bite with specials that include a heart-shaped Neapolitan Pizza, or Linguine all’Argosta, a pasta dish for two that includes Afeltra Linguine, Whole Main Lobster, Soave Foscarino, Lemon, Chives, and ROI Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for $75 per couple. For dessert, guests can enjoy Millefoglie, a heart-shaped Flaky Napoleon with pastry cream and fresh fruit. Finish your romantic evening with thoughtfully-selected wine specials like Scarpetta Tomido Brut Rosé, Inama Soave Foscarino and Tenuta Fescobaldi Castiglione.

Il Pastaio will offer a pasta special that guests can enjoy alongside a Ferrari Trento Brut Rosé. The hearty beetroot-stuffed pasta is beautiful in color and flavor. Casunziei all’Ampezzana  is a traditional dish from Cortina D’Ampezzo, a northern city in Veneto, made with Beet and Ricotta Stuffed Handmade Ravioli, Butter and Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP sauce with Poppy Seeds.

The Marketplace at Eataly serves as a wonderful option for those who want to take Valentine’s Day prepping into their own hands. Throughout the marketplace, shoppers can find both savory and sweet specials for the occasion, including a Dinner for Two from the Fresh Pasta Counter, including the pasta and ingredients for Agnolotti del Plin with Black Truffle Butter and 18 Month Parmigiano Reggiano ® DOP and Tagliolini with White Truffle Butter and 18 Month Parmigiano Reggiano ® DOP.

Shoppers can also enjoy Caviar Day, celebrated on February 12 at the Eataly Dallas Fishmonger. For the entire day, Calvisus Caviar, an industry leader in Italian Sturgeon Caviar, is 30% off.
