The authentic Italian culinary destination celebrates the season of love
This year, Eataly Dallas will help Dallasites celebrate the season of love with specials at all three restaurants – Terra, La Pizza & La Pasta and Il Pastaio – as well as within the marketplace. The NorthPark Center marketplace offers an array of decadent treats that every Valentine will adore.
For those dining in at Eataly:
At Terra, guests can enjoy a festive Valentine’s Day pre-set four course menu for $75 per person, which they can choose to pair with the signature Valentine’s Day cocktail – Cocchi Rosa Vermouth – with strawberry, Meyer lemon, Serafini & Vidotto prosecco. Guests may choose one dish for each of the four courses:
- Ostriche – 6 Island Creek Oysters, Charred Shallot Mignonette (optional caviar supplement)

For dessert, guests can enjoy Millefoglie, a heart-shaped Flaky Napoleon with pastry cream and fresh fruit. Finish your romantic evening with thoughtfully-selected wine specials like Scarpetta Tomido Brut Rosé, Inama Soave Foscarino and Tenuta Fescobaldi Castiglione.
Il Pastaio will offer a pasta special that guests can enjoy alongside a Ferrari Trento Brut Rosé. The hearty beetroot-stuffed pasta is beautiful in color and flavor. Casunziei all’Ampezzana is a traditional dish from Cortina D’Ampezzo, a northern city in Veneto, made with Beet and Ricotta Stuffed Handmade Ravioli, Butter and Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP sauce with Poppy Seeds.
The Marketplace at Eataly serves as a wonderful option for those who want to take Valentine’s Day prepping into their own hands. Throughout the marketplace, shoppers can find both savory and sweet specials for the occasion, including a Dinner for Two from the Fresh Pasta Counter, including the pasta and ingredients for Agnolotti del Plin with Black Truffle Butter and 18 Month Parmigiano Reggiano ® DOP and Tagliolini with White Truffle Butter and 18 Month Parmigiano Reggiano ® DOP.
Shoppers can also enjoy Caviar Day, celebrated on February 12 at the Eataly Dallas Fishmonger. For the entire day, Calvisus Caviar, an industry leader in Italian Sturgeon Caviar, is 30% off. Calvisus Caviar is sustainably sourced from the lakes in northern Italy and is the gold standard in sturgeon aquaculture that produces unparalleled, premium-quality caviar. A perfect addition to the at-home Valentine’s Day dinner!
In the Wine Shop, Dallasites can find a variety of Italian wines – more than 1,200 to be exact! – carefully sourced from the 20 different regions of Italy to gift to your Valentine. Some of Eataly Dallas’ favorite wines to pair with your Valentine dinner include Monte Rossa Brut Franciacorta, Flor Prosecco, Flor Spumante Rosato and Famiglia Garafoli Lonesia.
Lastly, grab something sweet for your sweetie. The Italian marketplace offers high quality artisanal candies, crunchy cookies and rich, Italian chocolates in a variety of flavors. Venchi Chocolate has a large selection of chocolates to satisfy every sweet tooth.

Eataly Dallas opened its doors in NorthPark Center on December 9, 2020. Following the company’s philosophy, the vibrant Italian marketplace is interspersed with restaurants, counters, and a cooking school. Great focus will be devoted to local producers, who provide fresh ingredients daily to harmoniously complement Italian products. The unique environment invites guests to “Shop, Eat, Learn, and Be Safe” while learning about high-quality Italian food and drink as they taste dishes, find ingredients, and take classes. Since Oscar Farinetti first opened Eataly Torino in 2007, this philosophy has spread with more than 40 stores across the world, including our flagship NYC Flatiron (2010), Chicago (2013), NYC Downtown (2016), Boston (2016), Los Angeles (2017), Las Vegas (2018), and soon Dallas.
