Eataly in the summertime

       Summer Nights at Terra

o   Every Thursday (7:30-10:30PM), Friday (8:30-11:30PM), and Saturday (8:30-11:30PM) this summer, we’re inviting local DJs like DJ Steffi Burns, DJ Blake Ward, Ashtag DJ, and more for summer jams and late-night bar bites.

·       Summer Cocktail Programs & Classes

o   Terra’s “Summer with a Twist” menu takes the flavors of the season and infuses them with classic cocktails from around the world, all with an Italian twist. Don’t miss the cocktail flights – 4 half-sized cocktails that provide the opportunity to explore a variety of flavors, ingredients, and techniques.

o   La Pizza & La Pasta is mixing up this summer with a unique “Build Your Own Spritz” program, where you can choose an Aperitivo, Bubbles, and Soda of your liking with endless combinations to try.

o   Our Bubbles Bar at Il Pastaio offers a summer menu highlighting Spumante d’Italia, from sparkling wines like Prosecco DOGC and Lambrusco to build-your-own mimosas to spritz variations.

o   We’re also offering a bi-monthly series of summer cocktail classes for the aspiring mixologist – including Cocktail Camp: Rum (July 21), Cocktail Camp: Bourbon (August 4), and Cocktail Camp: Tequila (August 18).

·       Summer Coppe

o   Eataly Dallas is proud to announce three new coppe (the Italian version of a sundae) to our gelato counter. Starting this weekend, enjoy Pesca Melba (peaches and cream made with white peach sorbetto and fior di latte gelato, topped with caramel, fresh peaches, and candied pecans), Pistacchiosa (pistacchio and fior di latte gelato, swirled with pistachio cream and topped with pistachio streusel), and a limited-edition collaboration flavor with Texas-based specialty pie shop, Emporium Pies.
