Agape Clinic Announces An Evening of Gratitude Gala

The David M. Crowley Foundation to serve as honorary chairs, with celebrated Olympian, speaker, author and coach Khadevis Robinson as featured speaker of October 24 fundraiser

Agape Clinic, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide quality medical, dental, and wellness services unconditionally to underserved individuals, announces its 2025 gala: An Evening of Gratitude on Friday, October 24, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.

As a tribute to the hearts behind Agape Clinic’s transformative services, and a celebration of Agape as a uniquely impactful model of care on the national stage, this special evening honors both the mission and the movement. The evening will include live music, a cocktail reception, raffle, seated three-course dinner and more. This year, the David M. Crowley Foundation will serve as honorary chair in recognition of their steadfast support of Agape Clinic and unwavering dedication to advancing equitable, community-based healthcare in Dallas.

A highlight of the evening will include remarks from Fort Worth native Khadevis Robinson, who has transformed his elite athletic career into a platform for motivating others to overcome adversity and lead impactful lives.

Robinson is a two-time U.S. Olympic athlete in the 800 meters, a seven-time NCAA Champion in the 800 meters, current director of track and field and cross country at his Alma Mater Texas Christian University (TCU), former head cross country coach at Ohio State University (OSU), Louisiana State University (LSU) and University of Las Vegas (UNLV), and a published author with two books. With a passion for leadership and community service, in 2024 he traveled to Guyana as a USA ambassador to speak with community organizations and programs about the positive influence that education and sports can play in a productive life journey. He is also the founder and president of “The Reading and Running Initiative,” whose mission is to provide educational and physical health opportunities and improve awareness of these opportunities in the community.

“We are so thrilled to have Khadevis Robinson join us as the featured speaker for our upcoming fundraiser. In addition to his many accolades on and off the track, Khadevis uses his experiences as a competitive athlete to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential and create meaningful change in their communities. We sincerely look forward to his inspirational words,” said Paul Hoffmann, Agape’s executive director.

“It is a privilege to recognize the David M. Crowley Foundation as our honorary chairs. As a longstanding supporter of our organization, the impact of their generosity is far-reaching. Their support was instrumental in Agape’s pivotal 2015 move to its current facility, laying the groundwork for the clinic’s long-term growth and sustainability. Since then, the Foundation has continued to champion Agape’s mission by supporting the expansion of its integrated medical home model. We are so grateful for their enduring partnership,” added Amy Dunivan Raines, Agape’s director of development.

An Evening of Gratitude benefiting Agape Clinic will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025 at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, located at 8525 Garland Road in East Dallas on White Rock Lake. Sponsorships, ranging from $1,000 – $20,000, and $250 individual tickets, are available now. ABOUT AGAPE CLINIC

Agape Clinic, located at 4104 Junius Street in Dallas, remains unique nationwide as the only donor/donation-funded clinic in the US offering comprehensive and integrated medical, dental, pediatrics, behavioral health, and specialty services under one roof, without requiring proof of income, insurance, or other eligibility requirements.

Integrated healthcare is a comprehensive, coordinated approach that brings together medical, behavioral health, pediatric, and dental services in one location. At Agape Clinic, providers collaborate to determine the best course of treatment for each patient, ensuring continuity of care across different healthcare specialties. This holistic approach allows Agape to treat the whole person, addressing the root causes of poor health rather than merely managing symptoms. Agape Clinic serves vulnerable populations through multigenerational care, breaking the cycle of poverty with innovative, patient- and family-centered integrated healthcare. Thanks to strategic partnerships, most medications and lab services are provided free of charge to Agape patients. While patient donations are welcome to help offset service costs, they are voluntary, and care is always delivered regardless of a patient’s ability to contribute.

The word “agape” means unconditional love and is interwoven into the mission of Agape Clinic.
