Les Dames d’Escoffier Dallas
Les Dames d’Escoffier Dallas Celebrates International Women’s Day with Festa Della Donna Thursday, March 5 at Eataly
Women have made an indelible mark on the culinary scene both globally and here in North Texas. Les Dames d’Escoffier is the leading organization for the education and training for women in the food, fine beverage and hospitality industry. The organization’s Dallas chapter was formed in 1984 as one of the original five chapters that formed Les Dames d’Escoffier International to operate as an umbrella organization for the formation of new chapters throughout the world. Each year, Festa Della Donna is LDEI Dallas’ largest fundraiser, serving to fund scholarships for students across North Texas.
This year, Festa Della Donna will return to Eataly at NorthPark Center on Thursday, March 5. Guests will enjoy bites from a dozen of the area’s top female chefs with wine pairings. Participating chefs this year include:
· Chef Mallorey Atkins, Farm to Belly
