On Thursday, September 23, Dallas’ newest real estate brokerage, @properties Dallas, hosted a launch party to celebrate the firm’s expansion and franchise debut. The event, hosted by Principals Jerry W. Mooty, Jr. and Piper Young, took place at Star Skyline at the Braniff Centre with a panoramic view of a stunning sunset over the runways at Dallas Love Field airport. The evening introduced @properties to prominent Dallasites and signaled their official entrance into the Dallas market.

Due to the nature of the event venue, which is situated above the Jerry Jones family’s private hangar and adjacent to the runways of Dallas Love Field airport, the launch event messaging and décor were designed to reflect the aviation theme. Prior to the event, guests received their invitation in the form of a first-class plane ticket from Chicago to Dallas, as a nod to @properties’ corporate office.

Upon entrance, guests were greeted outside of the event space with a glass of champagne from waitresses dressed in custom-designed red @properties flight attendant uniforms, who then guided guests onto the red-carpet entrance to the venue. Inside the venue, guests enjoyed a variety of passed appetizers and cocktails garnished with red paper airplanes, as well as upbeat entertainment from DJ Jennifer Miller. Guests even had the chance to pose on a 360-degree photo booth with the beautiful Dallas skyline in the background.

At the event, the @properties Dallas team mingled with nearly 150 guests in attendance, including Jerry Jones, Jr. Attendees had the chance to hear from Mooty and learn about @properties and its signature Love Campaign, integrated suite of technology and notable developments, including the High Hill Farms development, an east Texas community of luxury vacation homes. The CEO expressed his excitement for the growth of the Dallas franchise and its plans for the Dallas market.

“We are so thrilled to officially introduce @properties Dallas. The team and I are so proud to represent a company with such strong culture, local values and incredible technology and marketing resources. We are so honored to be their first choice for a Texas franchise,” enthused Mooty. “We recently added our twelfth agent to our dream team and are actively recruiting Dallas’ top real estate professionals.”
