November 5, 2022: Zoo To Do benefiting the Dallas Zoo. Marena and Roger Gault are chairs. Kim and Greg Hext are honorary chairs. Guests will begin the evening near the Giants of the Savanna habitat with cocktails and small bites from a selection of Dallas’ standout restaurants, while enjoying animal encounters and browsing the Big Board and silent auction items. The strolling dinner and dessert then continue in the Wilds of Africa Plaza, featuring additional specialty dishes from guest chefs. Following dinner, guests can bid on rare Zoo experiences, travel, and more in the live auction. Partygoers will then dance the night away to music by Manhattan.
November 12, 2022: The Dallas Historical Society Centennial Gala chaired by Kristen Sanger and Lisa Singleton. Karl Chiao is executive director of Dallas Historical Society. The gala evening will begin with a cocktail reception among the Dallas Historical Society exhibits, followed by a seated dinner in the Hall of State with a specially-created menu designed by Wendy Krispin Catering, with florals and décor by Bryan Long of Grey Gardens. The brief gala program will recognize the significant contributions of the Moody Foundation, who since its inception 80 years ago, has awarded over 4,900 grants totaling $2 billion towards the betterment of communities in our great State of Texas.
November 12, 2022: Folds of Honor gala. Marilyn and Mike Berry and Molly and Rusty Reid, Honorary Chairs. The annual gala brings together military families, veterans, scholarship recipients and members of the North Texas community. The money raised will be used to provide educational scholarships to our nation’s most deserving families, the ones that sacrifice to protect our freedoms.
