This year’s Partners Card is a landmark year celebrating 30 years of saving money and lives. With one hundred percent of each Partners Card purchase going directly to support the mission, the funds raised have been a critical part of supporting the life-saving programs and services of The Family Place.

Started by a small group of dedicated volunteers, Partners Card has become one of the most impactful fundraisers for The Family Place and a highly anticipated shopping event in Dallas. Since its launch in 1993 with founding chairs Sally Hoglund and Sally Johnson, the fundraising program has grown from 150 participating stores raising $90,000 to more than 715 participating retailers raising over $1 million annually. To date, Partners Card has raised more than $20 million for The Family Place.

The Family Place is at the forefront of the mission to empower victims of family violence by providing safe housing, counseling, and skills that create independence while building community engagement and advocating for social change to stop family violence. Its signature fundraiser, Partners Card, is a 10-day shopping event that will run from Friday, October 28 to Sunday, November 6, 2022. Shoppers purchase a Partners Card for $75 or a limited edition Pearl Card for $500 and receive a 20% discount at 750+ participating retailers across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The purchase of a Partners Card provides one night of safety for a survivor of family violence at The Family Place, and a Pearl Card purchase provides one week of safety. Over the past 30 years, the Partners Card program has raised more than $20 million to help break the cycle of family violence in North Texas. For more information on Partners Card, visit or call 214-443-7754.
