Celebrating the preview of Mundo Latino at the Hall of State at Fair Park hosted by the Dallas Historical Society was an adventure from the start. As the event kicked-off its exhibit for the State Fair of Texas, guests were greeted by costumed dancers performing traditional dances and explored unique finds from the Mercado vendors amidst a vibrant celebration of Latin culture, art, music, and community.

Some of the fun features were the papier-mâché custom made oversized piñatas by the students from the Waterfall Academy. Placed all around the Hall of State, they were quite a sight to see, each one celebrating a different character. Adding to the fantastic complete surprise were people dressed as their favorite characters.
