Al Biernat’s North is proud to present an evening with Lamborn Family Vineyards with special guest Brian Lamborn on Thursday, April 28th. The evening will begin with a reception at 6:30 p.m. featuring passed hors d’oeuvres including salmon avocado bites as well as squash and prosciutto skewers, paired with the 2021 Lamborn Rosé. A seated four-course dinner will begin at 7 p.m.
Diners will enjoy the following menu:
- First Course: Grilled Poblano Pepper Caesar with Maple Truffle Bacon and Avocado Brioche Toast. Paired with the 2018 Lamborn Zinfandel.
- Second Course: Roasted Quail stuffed with Asiago and Gruyere Sausage Risotto, Crispy Corn Bread and a Strawberry Citrus Glaze. Paired with 2019 Lamborn 2200 Cabernet Blend.
- Third Course: Grilled Double Lamb Chops with Red Currant and Chantarelle Mushroom Couscous, Herb Lamb Demi-glace. Paired with 2018 Lamborn Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Fourth Course: Warm Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie and Spiced Rum Banana Milkshake.
